Week ending August 1

I said August had better watch out and I went for a little walk earlier today.Some of the flowers I saw looked so colourful/

And the bees and ???????? liked them too. I have no idea what the last one is. It may be a common fly with an identity crisis.

The beautiful thing is I can just walk 100 yeards from those flowers and see this view.

Carnival week in Clacton. Monday saw the Donkey Derby. Not all riders finished the race with their donkey.
