Old people, and I suppose I must include myself in this category, could perhaps look at their life as a day, moving from hour to hour until midnight,
and death, end that particular day. This song, written by the Bee Gees many moons ago, doesn't actually say that or else is a song to reincarnation as the
singer gets through the night and faces another day “to swing on clothes lines”.
But it does recommend that in the morning of our life we don't rush around and try to do too much. It is just the beginning and, if you're lucky, you
can still live the day, your whole life. It always seems, from memory, when you are young that there is never enough time to do all you want to do. Sometimes,
in the rush, we miss out on the true enjoyment of life.
